Processing & Lead Times

All Ridgeline Ranch hunting blinds and livestock shelters are handcrafted in the USA. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipment. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Method

We ship via freight carrier to the contiguous United States. All orders include free freight shipping with curbside liftgate delivery & UPS GROUND for our smaller items— your order will be unloaded from the truck and placed at the end of your driveway or nearest accessible point. Please ensure there is adequate space and access for a freight truck at your delivery address.

Liftgate Delivery

A liftgate is included at no additional charge. This service lowers your order from the truck bed to ground level. Please note that curbside delivery does not include placement beyond the curb, inside a structure, or up a driveway. The customer is responsible for moving the item from the delivery point to its final location.

Delivery Requirements

Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage or missing items at [your contact email].

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready.
